ASHLEY MAN CAVE GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES

The Ashley Man Cave Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Ashley Furniture, operated by an authorized Ashley licensee (“Sponsor”). The Promotion is open only to legal residents within 50 miles of the participating locations outlined below who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, radio partners, and their immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

The Promotion begins on January 26, 20226 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on February 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

To enter, eligible participants may visit scorewithashley.com during the Promotion Period and complete the official entry form with all required information, including name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code. Limit one entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Promotion.

As an alternative method of entry, eligible participants may mail a handwritten postcard including their full name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code to: Ashley Man Cave Giveaway, 9401 Blue Grass Road, Philadelphia, PA 19114. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the Promotion end date and received within seven (7) days thereafter.

One winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about February 9, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. The winner will receive an Ashley Man Cave Gift Card with a total approximate retail value of up to five thousand dollars ($5,000).  Prize must be redeemed at the following participating Ashley Furniture locations in Pennsylvania:  LANCASTER  990 Plaza Blvd., Lancaster, PA 17601,

Prize has no cash value. No substitutions, transfers, or cash equivalents are permitted. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. and delivery charges.

The selected winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at entry. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, and state of residence for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or unintelligible entries, nor for any technical failures, hardware or software malfunctions, or other errors of any kind. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy and may be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant opts out.
