ASHLEY MAN CAVE GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES

The Ashley Man Cave Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Ashley Furniture, operated by an authorized Ashley licensee (“Sponsor”). The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, radio partners, and their immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

The Promotion begins on [START DATE] at [START TIME] Eastern Time and ends on [END DATE] at [END TIME] Eastern Time. Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

Limit one entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Promotion.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the Promotion end date and received within seven (7) days thereafter.

One winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about [DRAW DATE] from among all eligible entries received. The winner will receive an Ashley Man Cave prize package with a total approximate retail value of up to five thousand dollars ($5,000). Prize may include furniture, seating, accessories, and décor selected at Sponsor’s discretion based on availability. Prize must be redeemed at a participating Ashley Furniture location in Pennsylvania and has no cash value. No substitutions, transfers, or cash equivalents are permitted. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

The selected winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at entry. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, and state of residence for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or unintelligible entries, nor for any technical failures, hardware or software malfunctions, or other errors of any kind. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy and may be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant opts out.
